Sennheiser remains an audio-first ecosystem participant, protecting a focused position in ceiling capture while using bars to reach simpler rooms.
Use DeviceHub's device-state and firmware-state filters to triage fleet exceptions, update Location Admin runbooks for the changed unassigned-device view, and verify each endpoint's applicable firmware separately. Customers still need third-party compute, control and broader room-platform operations.
