Released RoomOS 26.10.1.4 on 12 October with native Zoom Rooms on a defined supported-device list, separate peripheral-interface MAC addressing, planned-maintenance messaging, instant-on whiteboarding and a QuickJS-NG engine upgrade. The prior September release added dual Room Vision PTZ tracking, desk booking and Zoom-aware ThousandEyes monitoring.
Cisco is positioning the room endpoint as an AI and telemetry node that can serve several meeting platforms while remaining governed through Cisco's control plane. It is the broadest end-to-end room, software and network proposition in the market.
Before RoomOS 26.10.1.4 deployment, update MAC-dependent Cisco ISE and switch rules and regression-test macros for QuickJS-NG compatibility. Continue to prioritize CVE-2026-20119 and verify CVE-2026-20302 fixed releases. Cisco Teams Rooms require the separate Microsoft-supported release track.
