About RoomWatch
RoomWatch by BushTek is an editorial intelligence service for enterprise and government AV, collaboration-room, meeting-platform and event-experience decisions.
What counts as a signal
A signal is a sourced change that may materially affect product capability, user experience, security, interoperability, lifecycle, procurement or operations. Each signal links to its fuller record in the Signals ledger, where evidence, status and decision relevance are kept together.
Sources represented
Monitoring prioritizes official vendor newsrooms, product and certification pages, release notes, security advisories, lifecycle notices and published roadmaps. Credible secondary reporting may be used when primary evidence is unavailable and should be identified as secondary.
Locations and regions
Coverage emphasizes globally relevant vendor activity and English-language sources commonly published for North America and EMEA. It may include regional notices where they affect enterprise or government deployments, but it is not a comprehensive country-by-country or local-market monitor.
How recency is shown
The Latest Signals rail is ordered by the date a record was received or added to RoomWatch. When a separate received date is unavailable, the source event or publication date is used. A recent receipt date does not mean the underlying vendor event occurred that day.
Confidence and status
Availability and confidence depend on the evidence. Confirmed releases, shipping products and published advisories are distinguished from previews, phased rollouts, roadmaps, forecasts and marketing claims. Inclusion means a change is decision-relevant; it does not independently validate every vendor assertion.
Representative source sites
These examples are official pages already referenced by RoomWatch records. They illustrate the types of evidence monitored; inclusion does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the organizations listed.

Coverage limitations
- Coverage is selective, not exhaustive, and a missing signal is not evidence that no change occurred.
- Source publication, discovery and editorial review can introduce delays.
- English-language and major-vendor monitoring can underrepresent local, niche or channel-only activity.
- Users should verify current release, certification, security and lifecycle status before making decisions.
